Policy

The training program of the Patronage of Mary Development School is designed to give maximum educational opportunities to all students. Therefore, students are required to present satisfactory evidence of their readiness for school activities.

General Enrollment Procedure

Upon enrollment a student (may be represented by parents or guardians) must first fill out an application for enrollment form and present all valid requirements to the Registrar/ Enrollment Officer.

For New Student and Transferees

  • Report Card from last school attended (Form 138)
  • Certificate of Good Moral Character
  • Birth Certificate (1 photocopy)
  • copies of recent 2 x 2 colored pictures

For Pre-schoolers

  • Birth Certificate from PSA (1 photocopy)
  • copies of recent 2 x 2 colored pictures

Enrollment Policy

  • An enrollment is deemed valid upon payment of the required enrollment fee (minimum down payment)
  • Student with standing balance from previous school year should settle the accounts prior to the next enrollment

For Withdrawal

Withdrawal of enrollment requires approval from the school director.A student who leaves the school before the end of the school year is not relieved of the responsibility of paying the tuition and other fees for the entire year subject to the following exceptions:

  • If a student withdraws within (2) weeks after classes officially begin, he/she should pay twenty (20%) of the total fees, regardless of whether or not he/she has actually attended classes. If he/she has already paid in full amount, eighty (80%) percent would be refunded to him/her;
  • If a student withdraws during the 3rd or 4th week after classes officially begin, he/she should pay fifty (50%) percent, regardless of whether or not he/she has actually attended classes. If he/she has already paid the full amount, fifty (50%) percent would be refunded to him/her;
  • After four (4) weeks, NO REFUND OR CREDIT is allowed;
  • If a student withdraws before classes officially begin, he/she should pay ten (10%) percent of the total fees. If he/she has already paid in full amount, ninety (90%) percent would be refunded to him/her.
  • Down payment upon enrollment is non refundable.
  • Uniforms, books and other materials may be returned or exchanged after 2 weeks from the date of purchase. However, worn uniforms, used materials or labeled books shall not be accepted
